Building Meditation will provide various practices and techniques based around Moving Meditations, Food Preparations and Natural Building Systems.
Focus on your breath without controlling it. Just observe its majestic rhythms, like watching waves crash into the shore.
Now breathe in your nose and out your mouth. This releases excess gases from the body triggering the body to relax and decompress.
Take a moment to build on this awareness.
